Phoenix Frac Pumps

Frac Blender

• Fully Automated Blender System

High Rate Water Pack Blenders

• 15 bpm and 2,200 #/min capacity
• 7k and 15k units with the ability to add on the fly with crane or forklift assist.
• 15k unit has Dry Additive system for Linear Gel Fracs
• Recirculator line allows for 2 psa slurries to be pumped at rates of 1⁄2 bpm utilizing coil tubing or OHHGP’s

100 bbl mixers

• 3 x 100 bbl mixing/holding segmented holding tanks
• 60 bbl mixing and 40 bbl holding capacity
• Dual 4 in suctions and 3 in fill line
• Used for batch mixing KCl and Gel.
• Eliminates reduced efficiency of Frac Tank gun lines

Data Cabins

• Control Cabins with data acquisition system
• Data is available real time through satellite to onshore location for real time monitoring of stimulation operations.

Power Packs

• 3 x 4 circuit hydraulic power packs
• 6v and 8v units available with flow rates of 32 gpm and 3,500 psi

Demon Sand Control Pumping Unit

• HRWP Blender and Double Pumping unit on one trailer for drive in and drive out operations.
• Capable of Remoting data from the field for real-time monitoring of treatments.
• Combined 1,600 hhp stand tested at the fluid ends, capable of pump rates up to 18 bpm, rate dependent.
• HRWP Blender and Double Pumping unit on one trailer for drive in and drive out operations.
• Blending system designed to provide a uniform controlled slurry concentrations at rates of .7 to 12 bpm.
• HRWP blending system incorporates lessons learned from our offshore skid equipment.
• Unit is capable of continuous proppant pumping on location using rig crane or forklift.
• Fully redundant hydraulics and low pressure charging system.
• Completely updated instrumentation and control package.
• Blending system is modular to allow conversion back to standard double pumper when needed.
